hotel was super close to the train station which made getting around venice super easy. the room was comfy and clean, and the staff was really friendly and always ready to help. we also loved the breakfasts, they had a nice mix of options to start our day. no issues with check in, it was really smooth even tho some said it was confusing. great value for the price we paid, totally recommend it!
the wifi was kinda spotty during our stay which was annoying. also, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock which felt a bit weird.

The location is excellent, just moments from the train station, which made navigating the city easy. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the friendly staff were quick to assist with any inquiries. Breakfast included a variety of options, such as waffles, which added a nice touch. the check-in process was a slight hassle since it occurs at a different hotel, and navigating the five flights of stairs without an elevator was challenging after a long day of exploring. the Wi-Fi connection was unpredictable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Staying at this so-called hotel was quite an experience. it smells like a damp sock, and, honestly, where's the room upgrade I deserve? The lack of info on thewi-fi is shocking, and I had to switch rooms, which wasn't handled gracefully. I almost thought of writing a nice review but just couldn’t.

The location was a big plus, being just a short walk to the train station, making travel easy. I found the absence of an elevator made navigating the narrow stairs a bit challenging while carrying luggage.

Staying here with my four kids was convenient thanks to the location, just a short walk to the train station. We also loved exploring Venice by taking a fun gondola ride. the kids couldn’t stop smiling!
My kids wished we had a proper elevator for easier access. The breakfast time slot felt rushed, which added stress to our mornings.

The hotel was within a short walking distance to the train station, making our travels effortless. The pleasant staff were always ready to assist us, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the well-maintained room and its comfort after long days of exploring.
The check-in process can be confusing as it happens at a different nearby hotel.

The room was well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds with essential toiletries. Located just a five-minute walk from the train station, it made my explorations around the city a breeze.
Getting in is a bit of a puzzle. check-in happens at a different hotel nearby, which can feel a bit disorienting, especially when tired from travel. Wifi connection isn’t the strongest while trying to connect, and I had to hunt for the password after arrival. Breakfast felt hasty, with only 30 minutes to enjoy a decent spread while ticking down time slots. Plus, stairs can be a hassle if you're lugging heavy bags. no elevator means many trips up.
